		<description>I completely agree with these tips. When I first started presenting, my knees knocked together so badly I thought that the audience would notice. Now (2200+ presentations later), It's all good. I don't drink coffee within 6 hours of a presentation. It leaves my mouth too dry.</description>

		<description>Sounds like good advice.  I have had the same issue while praying.  Really being able to focus on the items I wish to place before God without my mind wandering is a greater struggle each day.  I think the key is just having the luxury of creating 25 minutes of time to block out everything else.  It takes work to actual create that time and environment.  If you can make the time your mind will get better at focusing whether praying or meditating and your body will thank you for giving it the mental rest.
